Early Years Professional/ Nursery Staff Toddler Room

Banana Moon Hatton is a thriving nursery looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Early Years Professional for our Mini Moon room. This is an exciting opportunity to join a happy nursery where we focus on encouraging children to be children, learning through fun and engaging play. You will be working with a dedicated team in a caring, family-friendly, characterful, and stimulating environment which is inviting to children, families, and staff.
Duties: Ensure a high quality, balanced provision of leading practice education and care is delivered; creating a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which families are happy to entrust their child and where their child is encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment.Adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements and follow the education curriculum, delivering standards which ensure the highest possible inspection grading.Promote a successful business with a first-class reputation, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery whilst providing excellent customer care.Schedule: 10 hour shiftMonday to Friday with a set day offNo weekendsMinimum Requirements: Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification as a minimumMust have a clean DBSLocation: Warwick - reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting workWorking in a Nursery: 1 year (required)Benefits: Staff discount for childcareAnnual black tie eventTeam building eventsStaff Well-being programmeTraining to gain further qualificationsEmployee of the moment celebrationsFree onsite car parkClosed between Christmas and New YearFriendly Staff TeamSalary: £12.00- £14.00 per hour
