Responsibilities
• Provide sales and customer service related to guest registration, reservations, and revenue collections• Serve internal and external guests in a positive and professional manner• Organize reservations, perform front desk functions, check-in/check-out guests, provide information about the hotel• Resolve guest problems in a timely manner, ensure guest satisfaction• Maintain confidentiality of guest information, follow property security procedures• Complete front desk paperwork, provide switchboard services, balance cash drawers• Maintain cleanliness and order in front office areas• Provide accurate information to housekeeping• May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays• Must be team environment focused and meet service goals
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent• Excellent communication skills• 2 to 3 years of Hotel Front Desk Experience
