E-Commerce Analyst Alexandria, VA In this role, you will focus on collecting, analyzing, and resolving accounts payable and purchase order exception data.
Your efforts will directly contribute to the seamless completion of the E-Commerce order cycle within the Oracle system.
Responsibilities: Collect and analyze data on E-Commerce accounts payable and purchase order exceptions.Identify recurring issues and patterns in exception data to pinpoint root causes and opportunities for process improvement.Resolve exception data issues efficiently to ensure a complete and accurate order cycle within the Oracle system.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and ensure process consistency.Generate regular reports and insights on exception data trends, providing actionable recommendations to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within E-Commerce or a related industry.Proficiency in Oracle, as well as data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar).Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
