Interim E-Commerce Operations Specialist Purpose: The E-Commerce Operations Specialist is very detailed oriented, takes pride in solving problems, finding solutions, and providing excellent customer service.
As the Kendra Scott eCommerce business is growing, the E-Commerce Operations Specialist will possess exceptional communication, operational, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task within a high-volume environment.Key Accountabilities: Operational Responsibilities Maintain detailed and organized spreadsheets to track inbound shipments to 3PL DC with all purchase order information.Communicate inbound shipments to all 3PL DC locations and ensures purchase orders are received within SLA and on-time for product launches.Resolve receiving exceptions such as overages, shortages, unit of measure discrepancies, etc.
and develops sustainable solutions to mitigate future occurrences.Provide 3PL DC with drop-shipment packing slips.Daily review of open order activity reports as it relates to 3PL DC or BOSS locations to ensure SLAs are met and prioritize back order, late order, and held order processing.Daily partnership with Retail locations on resolving any issues as it relates or pertains to BOSS order fulfillment.Assess OMS order allocation locations for high value/ high SKU orders to confirm that fulfillment is capable and provide communication and order details to release(d) location(s).Daily entry of order release details to showcase order splits by OMNI locations.Support E-Commerce Operations Specialist in daily/weekly/monthly fulfillment error investigations.Qualifications/Knowledge Skills and Abilities Relative eCommerce experience; preferably in an operations role.Track record of success in developing relationships with cross-functional teams both internal and external (vendor(s).Strong working knowledge of Product, Inventory, Warehouse/Order Management systems.Comfortable working with and analyzing data.Strong Microsoft Excel skills a plus (*Pivot tables *V-lookups *Count-IF / Sum-IF functions *Linking data sheets together).The ability to be resourceful, highly organized, and a creative problem solver.Fast, flexible, and outcomes-oriented: able and excited to thrive in an environment with rapid cycles of analysis, decision, and action.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
