The individual in this role will be responsible for providing an effective and satisfying customer experience by supporting the online presence across various GNE eCommerce platforms. In addition, this individual must be highly detailed and motivated to initiate, maintain and support ongoing content delivery and enhancements for our customers.Key Responsibilities:Provides exceptional service to customers and partners, assisting with product and order inquiries, and returns.Collaborates with key internal personnel as well as internet and marketplace partners to post products on their sites.Performs ongoing Item maintenance and content enhancement.Maintains EDI and/or customer portals.Reviews, processes, and accurately completes order entry tasks into web-based ERP.Collects and maintains product data information and reports on active listings.Assists in researching the eCommerce sales market, including new customers, products or related.Keeps supervisor informed of important developments, potential problems, and all related information necessary for effective management.Performs related work as apparent or assigned.Attends training as directed by GNE.What you will bring to the table:RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of data entry or related sales experience.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of customers, Company personnel and others.Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficient typing skills; must be able to accurately perform order entry tasks.Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and organizational skills.PreferredPost secondary education and/or training in marketing, sales, or closely related field.Business to business sales and/or customer service experience.Knowledge of and experience with distribution & ecommerce sales.
