The Ecommerce Operations Associate is an outgoing, detail-oriented individual who has a very strong operational focus and is a problem-solver.
This individual will work as part of our fast-paced Ecomm team to execute the promotional campaigns, troubleshoot customer service challenges onsite and help to enhance the daily customer shopping experience onsite.
This role reports to the Ecommerce Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Setup/Content/Merchandising Manage internal and external relationships with key partners to gather product information (details, images, attribution, etc.)
in a deadline driven environment.
Responsible for all site merchandising activities including new product set up, category and content updates, pricing, promos, and inventory management.
Execute merchandising strategies on site including visually merchandising campaigns, maintaining upsell and cross sell, as well as, managing seasonal digital catalog and campaign launches.
Implement brand content and merchandising to support campaign launches, product activation and creative content.
Leverage search and reports to optimize merchandising and improve relevant product exposure or suppression where applicable.
Liaise with marketing, buying, planning and ops to lead seamless and successful new product launches.
Collaborate with the visual marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and social media promotions.
Monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
Partner with design team to create assets to support execution needs.
Ensure all pages are effectively merchandised, identifying best sellers, key trends & stories.
Build and maintain landing pages and category pages in alignment with merchandising strategy.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (marketing, communications, business, or related fields) Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A resourceful self-starter with a team-first, collaborative mentality.
Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong team collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with other departments.
Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal, visual and presenter communication skills to business stakeholders of various levels within the organization.
Ability to work 3 days/week at the Corporate Office in Acton, MA.
Professional presentation in attire, demeanor, and appearance.
