As an Ecosystem Operations Manager, Senior you would be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of a company's ecosystem, including Partner Manager Development, Partner Go To Market (GTM) development, and overall ecosystem growth.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Working cross functionally to support the development of global Go to Market strategy with Ecosystems focus. Provide leadership to Global Partner Sales (Resell & Services) teams and act as trusted advisor to Ecosystem leadership team. Responsible for the design of the overall Ecosystem rhythm of the business - including working cross functionally to embed Ecosystems into forecasting, QBR's, Annual planning and partner business planning. Support Infor Sales leaders by helping partner adoption of Infor Sales methodologies e.g. MEDDPICC, mutual action plans. Responsible for Partner & Partner manager coverage models, Ecosystem Partner manager performance reporting and provide recommendations to maximize sales productivity. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Operations, Marketing, Go to market strategy, Enablement Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure the success of ecosystem operations and using data-driven insights to make informed decisions for continuous improvement. Working closely with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to align ecosystem strategies with broader company objectives. Support the development and deployment of Partner Manager education programs that drives a world class Partner Manager experience that delights our partners and customers. Basic Qualifications: Experience in a sales operation's role. Experience analyzing data, preparing and delivering presentations, conducting research, and solving data issues. Experience with partner/ecosystem roles, understanding of how an ecosystem operates.
Experience with analytical and problem-solving challenges utilizing and applying design thinking principles.
Experience in facilitating workshops and leading cross-functional teams.
