Edi Enrollment Specialist

IntePros is seeking an EDI Enrollment Specialist with a strong foundation in Excel to join our premier Healthcare client In this role, you will manage and optimize EDI processes, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of enrollment files.
If you are a detail-oriented individual with solid Excel skills and a willingness to grow in EDI, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable member of our client's team Key Responsibilities: - Data Management: Receive and review Excel spreadsheets for correct formatting.
Correct issues or reach out to customers as needed.
Reformat files using Excel, applying formulas, and reformatting dates within those formulas.
- Data Analysis: Analyze enrollment files to ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
Manage large volumes of data, identifying and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Independent Work: Handle processes independently after training, with the ability to manage data efficiently and communicate with customers as necessary.
- Process Optimization: Ensure the successful transfer of inbound EDI enrollment data, troubleshoot data integrity issues, and support high-profile and complex EDI client business.
- Project Support: Participate in project meetings, sprint work, and business requirement documentation.
Support the Member Enrollment System platform with inquiries and EDI file activity.
Knowledge and Skills: - Required Skills: Intermediate Excel skills, including experience with basic formulas, reformatting dates, and data manipulation.
Strong analytical abilities and communication skills are essential.
- Preferred Skills: Some exposure to EDI and a willingness to learn more.
Familiarity with enrollment files and experience working with large volumes of data are beneficial.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to coordinate with customers and ensure smooth operations.
Education and Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience in Healthcare/Technology.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in roles involving data management, with some exposure to Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills required.
Scope: - Demonstrates working knowledge and experience in the field.
- Handles straightforward assignments using prescribed guidelines or policies.
- Receives moderate guidance and direction from senior-level roles.
