Education Program Manager

Education program in the Danville area is recruiting an individual to manage a new education program and work with individuals seeking specific advanced training.
The manager will support the learning capabilities of individuals and be measured on getting them through the different courses.
Individuals who have worked with military education programs would be a great fit.
RESPONSIBILITIESManage the education program processes and work with students.Support student success.Address policy violations.Assist in evaluating the program on harassment and discrimination issues.Operate and align with the organization's values, including DEI and open communication.REQUIREMENTSBachelor's in human relations, education, or a related field.Five years of experience in education or training.Military experience with education development and management is a PLUS.Project Coordination experience - from inception to implementation.Experience in Workforce Development.Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects.Experience as an education counselor is a PLUS.Able to operate through a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) lens.Unless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
