Ehs Training Content Administrator

Our client, a leader in the data storage industry, is seeking a Global EHS Training Content Administrator to join their team. As a Global EHS Training Content Administrator, you will be part of the Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) department supporting both Site EHS and Global EHS teams. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Global EHS Training Content Administrator
Location: Remote (CA)
Pay Range: $24.41-$26.00/hr
*3 month contract w/ possible extension
What's the Job? Manage the transition from the Brainshark training platform to Articulate 360 for EHS content.Download and save e-learning courses from the old system and upload them into the new platform.Collaborate with global and site-specific EHS teams to ensure seamless course integration.Test and validate the functionality and accuracy of the content on the new platform.Lead project management for the transition, adhering to established timelines.What's Needed? Experience with digital training or e-learning content management.Familiarity with platforms like Articulate 360 or Brainshark is a plus.Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Environment, Health, Safety, or Occupational Health experience is desirable but not required.What's in it for me?
