Position Summary: The HSE Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health, safety, security, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.Provide HSE training and support to employees.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.Lead sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact and promote resource conservation.Coordinate emergency response plans and procedures to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.Implement and maintain the RC14001 management system to ensure continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.Work closely with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about safety and sustainability.Foster a collaborative environment where team members support each other and share knowledge.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and innovative solutions.Engage in cross-functional projects with other departments to enhance overall company performance. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HSE role in an industrial setting.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.Excellent communication and training skills.Ability to analyze data and generate reports.Certification in HSE (e.g., CSP, CIH) is preferred.
