Responsibilities
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical issues• Apply knowledge of instrumentation principles• Support projects as a Journeyman E&I technician• Edit PLC programs and understand ladder logic• Handle Switchgear and understand associated hazards• Understand various types of motors in an industrial environment• Available to work any shift and overtime• Work at heights and in various industrial conditions• Perform physical tasks for long hours
Requirements
• Associate's degree in an electrical field or equivalent experience• Experience with PLCs, wiring schematics, and voltage• Experience with Rockwell VFD troubleshooting• Experience with digital control valves and ethernet communication network• Experience in process instrumentation• Paper Mill experience is preferred• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
