Electrical Assembly Group Lead Ny

Our client located in Wayne county, NY is seeking an individual who is familiar with working in a electrical manufacturing atmosphere and preferably has leadership skills background. Knowledge in Excel and Word preferred.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Must be able to read electrical engineering blueprints and parts list and have an appropriate level of both electrical component and mechanical product assembly knowledge.
• Must be versatile with other departments and able to take direction from more than one person and have organizational skills.
• Interface with partners in our custom metal fabrication shop, inspection & receiving area, paint shop, as well as the other production supervisors.
Required Qualifications:
• The candidate must be able to lift up to 30#
• Overtime will be expected as needed.
• Could also at times work directly on the production line.
Preferred additional skills:
• Soldering by hand
