They take pride in their company culture, evidenced by high retention rates in the engineering department and numerous examples of employees advancing into key leadership roles within the organization.Job DescriptionAnalyze the design, development, and implementation of electronic components, such as RF connectors, cables, and other parts.Develop and implement test strategies.Plan and execute research methodologies and procedures, applying electrical theory principles to engineering projects.Assess equipment performance by conducting experimental tests, analyzing results, and establishing operating data.Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks.Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure they meet standards and customer requirements.Support existing products through troubleshooting and failure analysis.Participate in technical design reviews and peer reviews of current designs.Gather data and prepare reports on ongoing and potential engineering studies and projects.Update stakeholders on deliverables, status, and progress.Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.

The Successful ApplicantAt least 1 year of experience as an Electrical Engineer.Proficiency in creating simulations with HFSS, CST, or similar legacy software applications.Excellent problem-solving abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred knowledge of RF components.Must be available to work on-site 5 days a week.What's on OfferBase salary up to $125,000, based on experience and interview performance.Discretionary quarterly bonus.Four weeks of vacation time.Full health benefits available from day one.Tuition reimbursement program.ContactConnor WhitmanQuote job refJN-092024-6531278
