Overview:
Our Nuclear Services Group is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join the team based in Kennesaw, GA, Baton Rouge, LA, Naperville, IL, Chattanooga, TN, Fort Worth, TX, and other office locations.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the focal point for initial unit contact to Management, Project Managers (PMs), and other internal constituents Direct/assign work to the unit to balance activities between work groups and individuals Maintain responsibility for the units quality; establish and enforce quality standards for the unit through the Lead Engineers Working with Project Managers, ensure units responsibility to meet budget and schedule for assigned projects Approve engineering documents produced by the unit Certify design documents as required by state and local client and code requirements Lead proposal preparation with input for scope and budget to PMs Develop professional relationships with client counterparts Assist in marketing the units expertise/abilities to clients Provide timely and appropriate performance feedback and coaching Promote professional development of staff (e.g., professional license, certifications, training, mentoring, and client qualifications) Support company policies and procedures Demonstrate technical leadership, providing resolution to technical issues either through own knowledge or by coordination with Subject Matter Expert Support maintenance of short- and long-range staffing plans based on work projections Approve timesheets and expense reports Conduct units annual performance appraisals Support management in recruiting new employees Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university A minimum of 6 years of experience in design engineering with 2 of those years of experience as a group lead Advanced knowledge of applicable codes and standards Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills Ability to travel up to 20% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks Ability to motivate team and achieve goals through positive, winning attitude and effective leadership style which is consistent with ENERCONs Defining Excellence fundamentals Proven experience with a high level of decision making, directing and overseeing routine and advanced technical work performed by others Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant #LI-SH7
