Electrical Estimator - Residential/Commercial Construction - Total Compensation to 180k/year - St. Louis, MO Our client is a very reputable electrical contracting company based in the St. Louis, MO area, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. With a solid foundation built on integrity and quality workmanship, they have cultivated strong relationships with numerous General Contractors (GCs), resulting in a steady stream of projects. Their team is committed to excellence, and pride themselves on delivering top-notch service to their clients. The Electrical Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and timelines. Other responsibilities will include estimating for a variety of projects, ranging from residential remodels to commercial installations. The Electrical Estimator will collaborate closely with GCs and occasionally homeowners to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and effectively. The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Responsibilities: Estimate project costs and timelines for residential and commercial electrical projects Collaborate with General Contractors and homeowners to understand project requirements Utilize estimating software (e.g., BHS, Accubid, McCormick) to prepare accurate estimates Conduct site visits to assess project scope and potential challenges Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to address any concerns or issues Qualifications: Proven experience as an electrical estimator, preferably in both residential and commercial settings Proficiency in estimating software such as BHS, Accubid, or McCormick Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes Master Electrician License Compensation: Total compensation for this role includes a base salary in the 90k – 120k/year range (flexible dependent on experience); and a bonus that can take total earnings to 180k/year Bonuses/Profit sharing 401k matching Paid health insurance Gas card, Company Vehicle Paid Time Off
