The role focuses on driving the expansion of the electrical division and shaping its strategy to meet the increasing demand for full MEP packages. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.5 to 10 years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with a strong focus on leadership roles.Proven ability to lead teams, manage large-scale projects, and foster client relationships.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
