Electrical Project Manager

Data Center Electrical Project Manager We are seeking a Data Center Electrical Project Managers to take part in multiple data center projects. This role involves guiding the planning and implementation of data center projects in line with the companies organizational strategies and values.
Compensation Package Salary - $110,000 - $170,000Bonus -10-20%Generous paid time off including holidays and vacation days.401(K) Qualifications Minimum of 4 years experience in leading data center initiatives.Proven ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects.Strong expertise in project estimation and financial management. Key Responsibilities Clarify project objectives, deliverables, and scope.Develop detailed project roadmaps that outline schedules, tasks, resources, and financial plans.Build and manage project teams, providing effective leadership.Address and negotiate matters related to change orders, information requests, and contractual obligations in a timely fashion.Spearhead project planning and execution processes.Oversee financial management of projects, participating in monthly budget assessments.Monitor and communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders.Anticipate and mitigate project risks with proactive strategies.Foster relationships with architects, engineers, and general contractors to ensure excellent service and long-term collaboration.Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality and adherence to project standards.Review project outcomes to identify enhancements for future initiatives.Manage all aspects of project closure, including documentation, record-keeping, financial input, follow-up activities, and team debriefings.Drive profitability through successful project execution and management. We would are looking for candidates based in the South East!
