Responsibilities and Duties Manages electrical construction projects and manages the project's field staff, subcontractor performance, and vendor compliance. Thoroughly understands and complies with contract documents, budgets, and safety, statutory, and legal compliance.  Manages project coordination, scheduling, and construction.Monitors project accounting and profitability.Maintains constructive relationships and supportive communications with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, community officials, P1 staff, and immediate supervisor.Leads subordinates as defined by P1's leadership model and its operating principles.Contributes to the success of the company by effectively and efficiently managing the construction project so that it is completed on time (according to adjusted schedules) and within budget.Position Qualifications: Meets one of the following education requirements:Bachelor's degree in a construction or electrical engineering related discipline, ORAt least five years of electrical construction field trade experience/training/education, OREquivalent combination of the above.High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.Experience: At least 3 years of electrical construction project management while employed with an electrical construction contractor is required. Preferred: Applicant who lives in the Omaha, Nebraska Metropolitan Area. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Able to comprehend applicable construction documents.Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.Must be able to satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check.  Must be able to meet P1 Group qualifications to operate a vehicle on company business.
