Based in Phoenix, AZ, we are a premier electrical contractor focused on commercial and industrial projects in and throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Due to growth and our expanding backlog of projects we are in need of a talented Project Manager to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
Build/maintain project budgets based on estimates, and perform forcasts.
Create and maintain project schedule ensuring you coordinate with field teams.Review purchase orders, submittals and contracts.Maintain a comprehensive change order log in order to track modifications.Manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
Manage billing for active projects.Utilize necessary technologies in order to effectively manage projects.Ensure projects are in compliance with codes and industry standards.
Collaborate cross-organizationally with all teams involved.Work to enhance with efficiencies across project processes and workflows.
What You Need For The Position
5+ years of commercial electrical project experience Strong understanding of NEC codes and industry standardsStrong attention to detail and ability to stay highly organizedUnderstanding of drawings and blueprintsExperience with estimating is nice to haveA bachelor's degree in construction management is nice to havePMP is nice to have
