What You Will Do Perform layout, plan, and execute small jobs while leading a small crewMake generic written estimates of time, materials, and manpower required to complete service tasksCommunicate with vendors, engineers, owners, service managers, and other contractors to ensure jobs are completed within scope and on budgetDevelop and maintain respectful, positive working relationships with clients and identify sales opportunitiesDemonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships What You Will Bring

In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will have
Minimum 4 years documented field work or completion of 4-year electrical apprentice programExcellent understanding of the electrical industryHigh attention to detail and strong interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and flexibility to adapt to fast-paced, ever-changing business environment What Weifield is All About
