We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as an Electrician who will be responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, installing, and modifying electrical components and systems; ensuring work is delivered safely and on time.
All work will be performed in accordance with applicable guidelines, Company safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Work performed will be on customized trailers built from ground up.
We have two shifts available and are hiring for multiple positions, First shift hours are 6am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, with weekends as job demands, Second shift hours are 3pm - 1am, Monday - Friday, with weekends as job demands Duties & Responsibilities Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning Calibrate equipment to provided specifications Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs nalyze the quality and effectiveness of the work performed Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working order and perform regular maintenance to maximize production Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure employees follow safety guidelines and perform duties in a safe manner Observe all safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions, and properly use equipment Maintain open communication with team members and leadership Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required Performs other job-related duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) One (1) or more years of electrical experience Must have own tools appropriate for the position Must be able to meet criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards Knowledge, Skill, & Abilities bility to read, write, and comprehend associated documents, electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams Knowledge of construction principals Working knowledge of electrical theory, and the associated principles, materials, and equipment Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills bility to be a self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team environment bility to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines Demonstrate the ability to safely operate tools and equipment bility to communicate effectively with team members and leadership bility to understand and follow oral and written instructions bility to follow all company safety policies and procedures bility to lift and move up to 50 - 100 lbs Physical stamina required for position and the ability to work in extreme weather conditions - heat, cold, etc.
