Your New Role: Commercial Electrical Lead As the Commercial Electrical Lead, you will:
Oversee commercial electrical installations with an expert hand.Supervise and mentor 1-3 helpers daily.Lead with authority and provide clear instructions to your team.Be the face of integrity, making sure operations are smooth and up to MinnTech's high standards.Uphold clear, effective communication with everyone involved.Jump into action when management needs additional support or asks for extra help.
