Responsible for work on substation, wiring circuits, distribution centers, control panels, electronic devices, etcPositions available on;3rd shift (8 hours)??????10-hour rotating shift with 8 days on, 6 days off. This may require presence at facility during night shifts, weekends and holidaysYour responsibilities will includeInstall and maintainelectricalwork on plantelectricalsystems and equipment with minimum supervision, using a broad knowledge of applied trade practices and technique.The use of ladders, raised platforms, caged lifts, and manual climbing on equipment at various heights up to and including 40 feet is required.Plan, layout and install complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in conformance with established codes, install switches and controls, central subsidiary control panels, electronic devices and all other duties incidental to installation.Maintain substation; diagnose and remedy allelectrical, electronic andmechanicaltroubles.Work from wiring,hydraulic,pneumaticschematicdrawings and code book.Use allelectricalmeasuring and testing devices.Minimum requirementsState of Wisconsin IndenturedElectricalApprenticeship and an additional four (4) years ofelectricaljourneyman experience.Candidate with electrical experience without a WI license must acquire a license within six (6) months of the firstdate of employment.Preferred skills and experiencesState of Wisconsin (WI)ElectricalIndustrial Journeyman License is required; or a State of Wisconsin IndenturedElectricalApprenticeship and an additional four (4) years ofelectricaljourneyman experience.All licensed electricians from another state without a WI license must show proof there is reciprocity in the state they are licensed in and WI.
