Seeking an Electrician with a CDL A License for a direct hire opportunity with our client in St. Augustine, FL. This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, 401k! Salary is between $22- $26 per hour (based on experience). Responsibilities: Operate and maintain construction equipment, including derrick diggers, dump trailers, and flatbed trailers.Perform hand digging and manual labor as required for electrical construction projects.Assist with the installation and maintenance of traffic signals, highway lighting, and other electrical systems.Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, conduits, and electrical control panels.Transport materials and equipment to job sites using company vehicles.Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.Work collaboratively with other team members and report to the foreman or project manager.Handle physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in extreme weather conditions.Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Willingness to commute to the St. Augustine office and job sites within a 60-mile radius.Availability for early morning shifts starting at 6:30 AM.Experience with heavy construction equipment and electrical systems preferred.Electrical journeyman's card or equivalent experience is a huge plus!Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.Experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems.Ability to work with high voltage and low voltage systems.Familiarity with using electrical testing equipment and tools.If you are interested in learning more about this role, please submit your resume for immediate consideration!
