Currently looking for a skilled individual for a temp-to-hire Test Operator opening with a company located in Mounds View, MN. Interested candidates should have good manual dexterity, and basic English and computer skills.
Test Operator Job Description:

Perform test requirements on basic products. Assemble chassis, cables, and wires other related assemblies per schedule and referencing QA check sheet. Operate in-circuit testers as required. Uses visual aids, verbal, and written instructions to perform the job. Adheres to ESD requirements and safety rules. Produce high quality products to exceed customer expectations. Follows MultiTech rules and policies. Clean and maintain work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Test Operator Job Requirement: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills in English. Manual dexterity required for operating machinery, hand tools, and computers. Knowledge of production planning and quality management systems preferred. Knowledge of Lean principles preferred. Basic PC knowledge.
Compensation for Test Operator:
The starting salary for the Test Operator position is $18.00-$19.00 per hour (DOE).
