What you'll do...
Lead the non-motive power conversion module HW engineers through specification development, WCCA, DFMEA and FuSa 
Lead FSS (Full-Service Suppliers) and / or other internal Ford resources to deliver robust hardware solutions for DCDC converter, AC On Board Charger module, On Board Generator inverter and new power conversion modules
Supports D&R team in the timely development and delivery of power conversion modules
Increase in-house capability from specification to reference designs
Work with other power conversion staff on module and technology roadmaps
Support in-house testing of supplier provided modules
Further develop in-house EMC test capability

You'll have... 
BS Electrical Engineering: Master's degree preferred (Focus on vehicle electrification a plus).
Extensive Powertrain and Electrification program experience (5+ years with multiple functional disciplines)
Understanding of GTDS and GPDS deliverables and basic Ford engineering tools
High Voltage battery/electronics systems, sizing, safety and controls.
Functional Safety issue identification and management experience.
