Kilpatrick Townsend's Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team seeks a full-time USPTO-registered patent prosecution Attorney or Patent Agent experienced in preparing semiconductor processing patent applications. Candidates must have relevant experience in the field of semiconductor processing. The applicant must be detail-oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Ideal for an attorney or patent agent with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The applicant must have a USPTO Reg. No. and possess a degree(s) in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Transcripts and patent-related writing samples will be requested. Mandarin Chinese language ability is a plus. Office base location options: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Raleigh, NC; San Diego, CA, San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC; Winston-Salem, NC. San Diego office candidates preferred.
