Responsibilities
• Create, modify, and update databases/spreadsheets• Run ad hoc reports as requested by management• Review candidates and move applicants in the tracking system• Interact with internal and external customers and vendors• Coach, train, and direct Site Administrators• Assist with travel arrangements• Administer corporate policies/procedures• Provide telephone reception for the Maintenance site• Compliance with ELS safety program• Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable and payroll• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Ability to work a flexible schedule• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and HR/OSHA experience• Excellent communication and organizational skills
