Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Email Marketer with a strong background in the medical aesthetic industry.

What You'll Do: Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement compelling email marketing campaigns tailored to aesthetic clinic owners to boost patient inquiries and conversions.Optimize Client Outreach: Craft segmented email campaigns that target both existing patients and potential leads to maximize engagement and revenue generation.Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and continuously refine strategies to improve results.Automations & Funnels: Design and manage automated email workflows, including drip campaigns and nurture sequences, to drive consultations and long-term engagement.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the social media and content teams to ensure email campaigns align seamlessly with overarching branding strategies.Aesthetic Industry Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of trends, patient psychology, and marketing in the medical aesthetic space to craft email content that resonates with our clients' target audiences.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns in the medical aesthetic industry.Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools).Strong copywriting and editing skills with a focus on conversion-driven content.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies for optimal performance.Experience creating automated email sequences and advanced audience segmentation.A keen understanding of branding, especially within the high-end medical aesthetic market.
