The Digital Marketing Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular in the effective manner to build email marketing programs that are efficient and minimize risk. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Following the monthly prioritization of all email campaign requests, develop required email instructions to effectively translate creative assets (copy, art files) into detailed build requirements within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Adhere to all established Control processes, carefully documenting various approvals and checks and appropriately filing for future monitoring
Contribute to email program build design solutioning
Coordinate required program validations
Create, maintain email creative inventory status: list of versions and assets/status for each assigned program
Ensure emails are ADA compliant to WCAG 2.1 AA Standard
Qualifications:
6-10 years of experience in Business, Marketing/Servicing or Marketing Management, Project Management skills
Demonstrated customer focus and past achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approach to realize marketplace potential and meet financial goals.
Digital experience and analytic background preferable
Experience working with creative agencies for creativedevelopment/understandingof the creative agency process
Highly capable in driving change and innovation to deliver growth
Desired Qualifications:
6+ years of business experience, particularly in email campaign production management
Experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builderand Journey Builder
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and effectively discuss projects
Successful experience partnering with internal clients and external developers
Excellent organization and time management skills to track multiple, concurrent job statuses; works effectively under tight deadlines, adhering to process calendars
Experience with Confluence and/or Jira a plus
Accountability, attention to detail, decisiveness and strong work ethic
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; role requires collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries
Intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and the ability to solve problems creatively
HTML literacy (knowledge of the coding essentials)
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
