Eskimo Joe's Promotional Products Group (EJPPG) is seeking an outgoing Embroidery and Production Manager. EJPPG is looking for a detail oriented individual to serve as a manager in our Embroidery and Finishing department. This person is responsible for helping the embroidery and production team reach their full potential through coaching for success and strong leadership. As a part of the management team, you will be expected to handle employee concerns in a fair and diligent manner in accordance with company policy. You will review team and individual performance by providing feedback, coaching, and periodic reviews. It is expected that you enforce adherence to EJPPG regulations and quality standards. Management should actively participate in the improvement and betterment of the company team and culture. Experience in design creation, editing, and embroidery a plus. We utilize industrial sized embroidery machines and Wilcom digitizing software. This position will also maintain inventories of the embroidery supplies, schedule maintenance of the embroidery equipment, review production orders, assure deadlines are met, maintain high-quality standards.
Responsibilities: Embroidery machine setup and operation Entering job files into our computer software and editing designs to produce high-quality digitized files Loading files onto the appropriate machines in a timely manner which allows production to conform to a designated schedule Confirm order accuracy by verifying order documentation and individual items Act as a quality control check and inform leadership when product flaws or damage occur Lead a team of 15 employees with positive leadership practices and diligent action Requirements: Previous embroidery experience preferred 2+ years of previous management experience A business degree or equivalent experience is a plus The ability to work 40-45 hours a week between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 21 years or older A valid driver's license and clean driving record Must be self-driven, highly organized, and a team player Benefits Include: Discount at various company locations Health & Life insurance coverage options Clothing allowance Vacation and paid time off Rewards and recognition program Pay commensurate with experience Flexible scheduling options for students Opportunities for continuing education Company Information: The Stan Clark Companies are a tight-knit group of 5 organizations that share in our vision, "to create lifelong relationships by delighting one person at a time."
