Emergency Management Planning Specialist

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for an Emergency Management Planning Specialist to work on their ongoing project in the Indianapolis, IN office. Below are the additional details of this role: Required Skills: 1-2 Years Emergency Management and/or emergency/safety preparedness experience, 1-2 years of experience in content creation, development, implementation, or related experience. Prior experience facilitating and managing meetings within program agency and local partners, including maintaining meeting notes Knowledge of hospital and healthcare emergency preparedness and response capabilities and functions. Prior experience identifying and communicating training and support needs or activities of the program. Extensive writing experience. Knowledge of strategic, operational, and tactical plan development and administration. Knowledge of the state and local public health and healthcare infrastructure. Prior experience effectively reporting and communicating w/various stakeholders including executive leadership. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio, is required. Project management experience. Prior experience with State or Federal grants (desired) This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US.
