FTE Base Compensation & Bonus:
• Base Comp = $315/hr.
which is a Base of $305/hr.
+ $10/hr.
Quality Bonus
• Sign-on Bonus = $50K-Can also be used as a Resident Stipend
• Treated as a forgivable loan over 1st 3 years.
