The Emergency Medicine Physician will provide high-quality emergency care in a Level IV Trauma Center, performing procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, and central lines.
Team Size: 24-hour physician coverage with 12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hours.

Qualifications:Qualifications (Minimum and Preferred): Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience required.
Specialized Experience: FM/IM with extensive emergency and trauma experience accepted (3+ years with 250 case logs within the past year).
Prior Duties: Emergency care, including trauma and acute patient management.
Education: ABEM certification preferred.
Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.
Personality Factors: Strong communicator, team-focused, and confident in high-pressure situations.
Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
Ideal Candidate Features: Skilled in emergency procedures and capable of managing diverse patient demographics.
