Emergency Nurse Manager Ed

A fantastic hospital system in Eastern Tennessee is looking for an Emergency Nurse Manager ED to lead their 30+ ED bed department! The Nurse Manager Emergency will oversee an ED that is not a trauma designated ED and sees over 100 patient visits per day.
The ED Nurse Manager will have previous Emergency Room experience, and prior Nursing Management or Nursing Leadership experience. The Emergency Nurse Manager will report to the Director Emergency Services and will oversee an experienced ED Nursing and ED Nurse Supervisor staff.

The RN Manager Emergency will collaborate with other hospital department Nurse Leaders to work on hospital performance improvement policy standards. The RN Manager ED will be in charge of the day-to-day operations of the unit and will understand ED regulatory and quality measures.
