In this full-time role working directly for Clark Nuber, you will have the opportunity to expand your skills on Sage Intacct, a cloud accounting system. As the Emerging Client Software Solutions Manager, you will evaluate new technology/software and lines of services for the Software Solutions team, facilitate implementations with our clients, and train the Clark Nuber team on these new products. If you enjoy learning new software/technologies, advising on accounting processes, developing standardized procedures, and training others, then this is the ideal position for you. Some essential job functions are, but not limited to: Evaluate emerging software solutions and enhancements for current and prospective clients. Work with department leader, sales team, and core implementation team to establish the business case for priority products, service lines, enhancements and industry verticals based on strategic goals. Build competencies needed for selected emerging products, service lines, enhancements, and industry verticals. Develop standardized implementation processes and training based on experience from client projects for new modules and services. Rollout to the core implementation team once standard model is approved by Department Lead. Implementation of assigned software modules for a variety of clients including, management of the project, being the primary technical resource on emerging solutions (i.e. new modules, service lines, industry verticals, integrations, enhancements, or new software) and client projects, and coordinating with primary client relationship manager (Department Leader or Implementation Consultant). Assist in managing and performing Sage Intacct implementations, as requested by Department Leader. Provide client support on these emerging solutions until the core implementation team has been fully trained. Work closely with the Software Solutions core team members, including frequent check-in meetings to inform them of new or potentially new product lines, service lines, enhancements, integrations, industry verticals and technical coaching in these areas. Build out platform services, migration and integration competencies and capabilities for additional service offerings and improving efficiencies of software implementations. Liaison between software company's technical support team and client including, submitting tickets, and collaborating with Sage Intacct engineering team on behalf of the Education: Bachelors' degree in accounting, finance, MIS or related field including the 5th year requirement completed or a combination of education and directly related work experience. CPA certification preferred. Experience: 5+ years of industry and/or consulting experience with implementing and supporting Sage Intacct or a similar accounting system. Sage Intacct Certifications in Global Consolidations, Multi-currency, Contracts/Revenue Recognition, Inventory, Budgeting and Planning, Construction, and Projects a Plus.
