In this role, you will be in charge of the day-to-day management, processing, and customer service of an assigned book of business. What's in it for you? $60,000 - $70,000 annually DOE Benefits: medical, dental, vision 401k Paid time off & paid holidays 35 hour workweek Flexible schedule What we need from you: Experience - You have 2+ years of Employee Benefits Account Manager experience Licensed - You have your active Life & Health license Software - You are proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position Comprehensive knowledge - You have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with organizational skills. Book of Business - You have experience with small and large groups Responsibilities: Responsible for servicing accounts of mostly small to large groups Build and maintain client relationships by creating a positive environment and providing a high level of trust and professionalism Assist heavily with open enrollments Processing endorsements, proposals, renewals, etc. Requests for information and documentation APPLY NOW!
