We seek an experienced and dedicated Employee Benefits Assistance Director to lead and manage these initiatives.

Position Summary: The Employee Benefits Assistance Director will lead the design, implementation, and administration of MD Exam Inc.'s specialized benefits portal that combines traditional employee benefits with holistic wellness programs. These include weight loss management, healthcare nutrition programs, and exercise initiatives. This role will ensure seamless integration of these services with existing employer-provided benefits, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver excellent communication and support to employees.

Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Strategy:

- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of the MD Exam Inc. benefits portal, tailored for employers already offering traditional benefits.

- Lead the integration of weight loss management programs, healthcare nutrition plans, and exercise programs into the benefits offered.

- Research and evaluate new and emerging benefit and wellness trends, recommending updates or new programs to enhance employee well-being and employer competitiveness.

Benefit Plan Administration:

- Manage and oversee the administration of traditional health, retirement, and welfare benefits, as well as specialized programs for weight loss management, healthcare nutrition, and fitness, delivered by MD Exam Inc..

- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the smooth delivery of these wellness programs.

- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and HIPAA, including those related to wellness programs.

Employee Support & Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, including those related to MD Exam Inc.'s wellness programs.

- Design and lead employee communication strategies to educate employees about their benefit options and the specific advantages of MD Exam Inc.'s weight loss, nutrition, and fitness programs.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure compliance of all benefit and wellness programs with applicable laws and regulations.

- Prepare and submit regulatory filings, and manage audits related to wellness programs and benefit offerings.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Act as a liaison between employees and wellness providers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

- Provide regular reporting and analysis on program costs, usage, and employee satisfaction, making data-driven recommendations for program improvements.

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in employee benefits administration or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.

- In-depth knowledge of federal and state benefits laws and regulations (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA), especially about wellness and health management programs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex benefit information to employees at all levels.

- Experience working with HRIS, benefit administration systems, and third-party wellness vendors.

Preferred: - Professional certifications such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or SHRM-SCP/CP.

- Experience with wellness program management, including weight loss and fitness initiatives.

- Background in managing benefits for multi-state or international employee populations.
