Responsibilities: Oversee the Employee Benefits department for quality customer service Resolve customer complaints and answer questions regarding policies, procedures, and claims Process new business and market both new and renewal business Train new employees and participate in the interview process Maintain accurate customer database files and complete client service tasks APPLY NOW!
