The Employee Relations Associate Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for providing case management support through all phases of Employee Relations investigations, under the supervision of an Employee Relations Lead and in coordination with the Employee Relations team.Responsibilities:Responsible for entering new cases and updating status on existing cases related to each investigation/matter into the Employee Relations case management database, IE: ServiceNow, CMSAssists in the preparation of investigation plansGathers and analyzes data, which may include emails, compensation, performance management, diversity, and staffing information, relevant to an investigationParticipates in and takes notes during investigative interviews with employeesAssists with final investigative report writingWorks closely with and assists Employee Relations team members responsible for reporting on portfolio of workMay participate in project work as neededQualifications:2-5 years relevant experienceExperience in investigation support or related workProven work ethic and ability to self-startExceptional organizational skillsAbility to analyze and draw conclusions from dataAbility to multi-task and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound judgment and discretion with respect to handling sensitive/highly confidential informationWord, Excel, PowerPoint and data base entry skills a mustEducation:Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
