Monitor best practices to keep employee relations management policies and administrative procedures up to date, ensuring we operate within the law while protecting our organization.What you need to join our team: Bachelor's Degree in Human Capital/Human Resources, Industrial Relations or equivalent required.Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in US employee relations.Experienced in matrix and manufacturing environments required.Bilingual (French and/or Spanish) preferredEquivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
