Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 BOE.

Responsibilities

•Conduct legal research and provide advice on employment law matters to clients.

•Draft and review employment contracts, agreements, and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.

•Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination claims and wrongful termination suits.

•Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.

•Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to provide up-to-date legal advice to clients.


Qualifications

•Law Degree.

•5+ years of experience in employment law.

•Strong knowledge of state and federal employment regulations.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Proven track record of successful litigation in employment cases.
