The Role:
As an Empowerment Specialist, you'll be the bridge between dreams and reality, guiding individuals on their journey to employment success. Your days will be filled with purpose as you assess needs, train for skills, and celebrate milestones, all while building lasting relationships with local businesses.

Positivity Promoter : Celebrate victories, big and small, and foster a culture of positivity, social integration, and professional growth.
Storyteller : Share success stories and showcase the impact of our program to local businesses, building strong partnerships along the way.
Detail Dynamo : Keep things organized and efficient with accurate documentation, data entry, and compliance tracking.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass our empowering competency-based training.
