Employment Law Associate Attorney

Peabody & Arnold LLP seeks a mid-level associate to join our dynamic employment practice group.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of employment litigation and/or employment counseling experience.
Our employment practice group represents a wide variety of employers, from some of the state's largest employers to small business owners, on a wide range of employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, wage and hour, breach of contract, as well as other statutory and common law claims under state and federal law.
We offer our clients advice and counseling to minimize the risk of litigation, and also zealously defend our clients when disputes and litigation arise.
