Emr Implementation Specialist

If this person has worked for a Mental Health or Substance Abuse Disorder facility, that is a plus.
However, this person must have a background in the medical industry.
This is almost like a Project Manager position, where this person will be working with the client from start to finish of the implementation as the main point of contact.
Therefore, this person must have excellent communication skills and customer facing skills.

At least two to three years of experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Healthcare or related fieldsExpertise in logical problem solving, process improvement, and customer serviceAbility to manage customer relationships and projects effectively and efficiently, while keeping projects on schedule and under budgetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBasic technical knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, and project management toolsExperience in the Behavioral Health Treatment industry is a plus
