Job Summary
This position provides network and database administration, device management and technical support for hardware and software for the organization's internal and external clients.
Required Skills and Experience
2+ years' experience in a desktop and remote support position.
Hardware, software and operating systems knowledge.
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
Experience using ticketing software.
Experience using remote desktop tools.
Experience with Active Directory and SCCM.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
Confident in working with all levels of customers.
Desired Skills
Proficiency with BeyondTrust Remote Support Software (formerly called Bomgar).
Proficiency with ticketing software, Service Now preferred.
Workable knowledge of Intune computer management software.
