Job Description
Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Endocrinologist to join an established Healthcare System near Chesterton, Indiana Overview: Flexible outpatient schedule, providing a balance of work and personal life.
Average outpatient volume of 15-20 patients per day.
Onsite Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Dietitian to support patient care.
Utilization of the EPIC electronic medical record system for streamlined documentation.
Common diagnoses including Type 1 Diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Insulin pumps, CGM, Primary Hyperparathyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism, Thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, Hypogonadism, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, and Pituitary-Adrenal Disorder.
Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology.
Proficiency in managing a wide range of endocrinological conditions.
Strong collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with the medical team.
