Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient careAssessing and treating patients with endocrinology diseases and conditionsWork closely with a team of healthcare professionalsAssess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-beingConduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinationsOrder and interpret diagnostic testsDevelop accurate diagnoses and treatment plansPrescribe medications and administer treatmentsProvide counseling to residents and their familiesCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless coordination of careManage chronic conditions and monitor progressMake appropriate adjustments to care plansCommitment to person-centered careCreate a safe and nurturing environment for elderly residents in the nursing homeRequirements: 6 months experience in long-term careDEA LicenseNurse Practitioner or PA LicenseExperience in EndocrinologySalary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
