Core Responsibilities Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor.Helps set tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture.Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences.Markets to new attain new and maintain existing referrals.Examining, diagnosing, and treating the nerve and dental tissue of a patient's teethAdministering anestheticsPerforming root canals and various endodontic surgeries such as apicoectomiesAddressing traumatic dental injuriesStaying up to date with new trendsQualifications Surgical experience preferredDDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.Compensation Annual time offMedical, Dental, & Vision401k Paid Medical Malpractice InsuranceSigning BonusRelocation Package
